Former Blinn College baseball players Bryce Miller and Jackson Leath recently were selected in the 2021 Major League Baseball Draft. Miller pitched for Blinn in 2018 and was selected by the Seattle Mariners in the fourth round with the 113th overall pick out of Texas A&M University.

Ed Marcinkiewicz, a former track and field coach at Bellville High School and Texas A&M, lost his battle with cancer Friday at the age of 59.

After having limited summer reps heading into last season, Julia Jurecka and Kenna Killough are taking advantage of the summer strength and conditioning and sports-specific skill training ahead of their final volleyball season for the black and gold.
