The Faith Academy Knights basketball team’s season came to an end in a nail-biting play-in game for the TAPPS 1A playoffs, as they fell to Cypress Covenant, a team they had beaten twice during district play.

Faith Academy’s Track Team joined 12 other schools at Fayetteville High School on Thursday, March 20, for the Lions Annual Track Meet. Seventy degrees was a perfect temperature for a Track Meet, but strong winds were present.

The Bellville Brahmas recently went through a three-game stretch where they finished with a 1-2 record. The Brahmas faced East Bernard, Almeta Crawford and Sealy, with their lone win coming against their cross-county rivals.

Faith Academy’s Knights baseball team continues to dominate their district, remaining undefeated with a perfect 5-0 record to start the season. After a strong 13-0 win over Round Top-Carmine in their only non-district game, the Knights opened district play with impressive back-toback victories over Second Baptist University Model, winning 3-2 and 3-0 in the series.

Bellville and Giddings came across the Faith Academy Track Team’s schedule prior to spring break. They attended the “Archie Seals Relays” on Thursday, March 6 and the “Buff Relays” on Friday, March 7.
