Austin County Investigator Rocky Bustamante recently earned top marks at the Houston Police Department Basic SWAT School. Bustamante graduated top of his class and was selected as Honor man above all other graduates. He will serve as a member of the Austin County Special Response Team in addition to his duties as an investigator according to Sheriff Jack Brandes.
