Chamber hosts holiday parade

Spectators lined Highway 36 in Wallis Saturday evening to watch the annual holiday parade hosted by the Wallis Chamber of Commerce with the theme of Hot Dang, It’s Christmas! Dozens of floats made their way down the highway, journeying from 9th Street to the Wallis American Legion Hall. Mayor Dennis Diggs and Police Chief David Moseley led the parade in a police car while waving at families spectating.
