Sealy City Council anticipates Boo Bash, denies lot variances

Sealy City Council reviewed holiday events, disapproved lot variances and approved other business during its meeting, Tuesday, Sept. 16. Mayor Carolyn Bilski reviewed the council meeting in an interview afterwards and described the meeting as straightforward and simple. Agenda items included upcoming holiday events, variances for lot requirements, ADA improvements for the W. E. Hill Community Center and amendments to the rules for Cryan Park.

BSR Properties, the developer of Hunter’s Crossing, requested a development agreement to build smaller home lots at the Sealy City Council meeting, Monday, July 7. BSR Properties’ proposed development agreement for Hunter’s Crossing would allow the construction of single-family residential detached dwellings 45 and 50 feet wide.
