AUSTIN — Governor Greg Abbott has appointed Stacy Hightower and reappointed Donald “Donnie” Lewis, Donna Montemayor, and Richard “Rick” Tisch to the Texas State Board of Pharmacy for terms set to expire Aug. 31, 2031. The board fosters the provision of quality pharmaceutical care to the citizens of Texas and regulates the practice of pharmacy in accordance with the highest standards of ethics, accountability, efficiency, effectiveness, and openness.

AUSTIN – Two of Texas’ 10 Most Wanted Sex Offenders are back in custody following their recent arrests. Authorities captured Derrick Flowers in Houston, Texas and Spencer Giron in Lake Charles, La. on Oct. 8 and 9, respectively. A Crime Stoppers reward will not be paid for either arrest.
