The Sealy Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) competition team recently competed at the regional competition in Galveston and each representative advanced to the state competition for the fifth year in a row.

The Sealy Ministerial Alliance Board of Directors met March 3 to determine the status of the Good Samaritan Thrift Shop renovations. The Board also took action on other items discussed at previous meetings.

The City of Sealy Health Inspector has inspected the following establishments for food preparation, kitchen cleanliness, and sanitary conditions: JAN. 23, 2021 SUBWAY#12984, 2302 Hwy 36 5: Restaurant very clean; items need to be lifted six inches off of the floor (C.O.S.); under-counter needs to be swept.
