Tesla leases distribution facility near Brookshire

Tesla has continued to improve its Texas real estate footprint by leasing a 1,040,000 square foot warehouse/ distribution facility in Brookshire. It is believed that Tesla is expected to use the Brookshire facility for battery storage and producing battery cells for its electric cars but Tesla has made no public comment on the leasing of the facility.

The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo is right around the corner and although we are all excited, we must remember to stay safe. The American Red Cross, Texas Gulf Coast Region, would like to offer some safety tips and resources for the entire family. 

  

TRAVEL SAFETY Many families are excited to be able to get outdoors and enjoy some carnival rides, great food and listen to some country music but we must remember to do it safely.

Average price of gas in Texas rises 1.9 cents

Average gasoline prices in Texas have risen 1.9 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $2.96/g today, according to GasBuddy’s survey of 13,114 stations in Texas. Prices in Texas are 1.1 cents per gallon lower than a month ago and stand 22.3 cents per gallon lower than a year ago. The national average price of diesel has fallen 6.9 cents in the last week and stands at $4.45 per gallon.
