A HELPING HAND

Despite almost being canceled, the Guns & Hoses tournament was held on April 8, successfully raising vital funds for CASA for Kids. The annual event fosters friendly competition between law enforcement officers and firefighters, and more than 160 participants braved the cold weather to attend the 5K/10K race, demonstrating their invaluable support for the cause.
Bluebonnet Master Gardener to postpone plant sale to April 22

Due to the inclement weather on April 8 the Bluebonnet Master Gardener Association has decided to postpone the Plant Sale. The Plant Sale has been rescheduled for Saturday, April 22 at Levine Park Pavilion located at 406 Main St. The Plant Sale hours are 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. or until sold out.
