Those indicted include: Michael Alan Burnham for possession of child pornography Jose Guerrero for theft of property and unauthorized use of a vehicle Johnnie Hoffmann III for pSiossession of a controlled substance Edwin Deuraill Lewis for possession of a controlled substance Xavier Abelardo Perez-Gomez for forgery of a financial instrument Cody Lee Rodriguez for possession of a controlled substance Henry Smith Skinner IV for possession of a controlled substance Demitrik Damrius for possession of a controlled substance Tomas Maldonado Vasques for evading arrest with a vehicle Deric Lashun Ward for possession of a controlled substance Warren Micah Wright for attempting to commit burglary of habitation Earlvon Markel Bennett for theft of firearm Calvin Edward Hickman for theft of property and hindering secured creditors Troy Ingenhuett for theft of property with two or more previous convictions Jakyious Lasker Montrayle for deadly conduct, discharging a firearm and criminal mischief Evgeny Maximkin Petrovich for possession of a controlled substance

This Saturday, parts of Texas will experience the phenomenon of a lifetime, and just six months later, they’ll have gotten to experience it twice. The first Texas annular eclipse in over 83 years will touch down on Saturday, and April 8, 2024, the first Texas total eclipse in over 146 years will touch down as well.

Last Tuesday night, the Sealy EDC held their monthly meeting discussing potential options regarding the former Betsy’s Bakery building located at 125 2nd Street. Earlier reports indicated that the city had seized and finalized demolition of the building, but later developments clarified that the Sealy EDC actually purchased the property through an online auction and were only potentially discussing demoing a small portion of the old barbecue spot located behind the building.
