The state’s best poultry were sold with record-breaking prices to generous donors at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo™ Junior Market Poultry Auction. Exhibitor Kamryn Till, 18, from Nada, Texas, and her Grand Champion Junior Market broilers sold for $300,000, a new world record.

On Feb. 27, Faith Academy was honored to induct 17 new members into the National Junior Honor Society. The NJHS program focuses on and holds students accountable for their character, scholarship, service, leadership, and citizenship through junior high. Many of our inductees have already volunteered by working at food pantries, church youth group stews, putting flags on graves on Memorial Day, and trash pickups.
