Sealy ISD held a parent’s meeting Monday at Sealy Junior High to address parent’s concerns after a threat of violence at the school had circulated on social media sites. “This session covered our threat assessment protocols, how we track incidents over time, and the actions we take after investigating threats.

The Austin County Fair has announced Alfred Hall to serve as the Grand Marshal for this year’s Fair Parade that will be held Thursday, Oct. 10.
