Beautiful weather greeted the annual Sealy Police Department KidFish event held at the Mark A. Chapman BP&W Park. This annual event is designed for family fun and allows children to engage with local police officers. “It also helps law-enforcement build a relationship with the community and the kids that we serve,” said Sealy Police Investigator Keith Drlik. “It also gets the kids active in the community and gets them outside away from all the computers and the video screens.” Hourly prizes were awarded for the biggest fish and smallest fish caught.
