Please be advised that the City of Sealy Health Inspector has inspected the following establish-ments for food preparation, kitchen cleanliness, and sanitary conditions: Joe’s Italian – (3701 Outlet Center Dr #60) 5/19/26 – 1. Ice scoop must remain outside of ice machine. Coolers in kitchen area must be cleaned on the bottom. All food in coolers must be covered at all times. Must cover hole in wall by the tea maker. Floor must be repaired in the drink area. Must hang fire extingusher on the wall in the back by the door. Must have the vent hood cleaned. Must have food handlers within two weeks. Grade – 88

Sealy starts summer strength and conditioning training

The Sealy athletic department has officially released their schedule for summertime strength and conditioning training. This is open to 9th-12th graders that will be attending Sealy High School next year and are looking to get stronger before taking the field. These sessions open on June 1 and will end on July 23 with the start of football and volleyball season set for Aug. 3. The boys will take the early slot, 7 - 9:30 a.m. followed by the girls in the 8:30 - 10:30 a.m. time slot.

LADY TIGERS

The Sealy Lady Tigers had a great year of sports this season, most notably winning the state championship in the high jump event. While winning the state championship is a major accomplishment, it’s time to look back at all sports and give them the spotlight for everything they accomplished this year.
