Blueprints for Better Health: A Road and Bridge Wellness Series is an educational program designed specifically, to support the health and well-being of local Road and Bridge employees. The series focuses on practical, easy-to-apply strategies that promote healthier lifestyles while recognizing the unique physical demands and daily challenges faced by this workforce. Educational sessions address topics such as preventive health care, nutrition, physical activity, and work–life balance, all presented in a way that is relatable, engaging, and relevant to participants’ everyday routines.
