Cole Chapel United Methodist Church and Downey Chapel United Methodist Church recently recognized several members of their congregations for their military service, thanking them for their dedication and sacrifice in service to the nation.

Chief Morrow and Assistant Chief Ritchey proudly promoted Paramedic FTO Cole Taylor, Paramedic FTO Naftali Krauss, and Paramedic FTO Cory Neptune to the rank of Lieutenant.

SEALY — Residents had the opportunity to meet with local law enforcement officers over coffee and breakfast Wednesday, June 24 at the Coffee with a Cop event hosted by Prasek’s Family Smokehouse. The informal gathering gave community members a chance to visit with Sealy police officers, ask questions and strengthen relationships in a relaxed setting outside of emergency situations.
