Melvyn O. Levine, who thought of no one as a stranger and loved selling shirts as much as rounding up cattle, died on Friday, September 17, 2021, in San Antonio, TX. The cause was colon cancer. He was born on January 21, 1938, in Houston, TX the first child of Frieda and Gus Levine of Sealy, TX.

Lee Roy Gaskamp Jr, 69, was called home to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, September 6th, 2021, while in the presence of his children and holding his wife’s hand, after an exhausting battle with COVID-19.

John was born to Willie and Annie Lastovica on June 15, 1934, on the family farm in Frydek, Texas. He had 2 brothers, Leonard and Raymond. John met his future wife, Frances Belunek when they were children in school. They started dating when she was 15. John usually had a carload of girls because he had a driver’s license. They married a few years later. John and Frances had two children Madeline (Maggie) and Gary.

Flora Winn (Mewis), age 97, of Bellville, Texas, passed away on Sunday, August 29, 2021. Flora was born on February 25, 1924, in Bellville to A.E.

Judith Jozwiak Kulhanek, age 81 of Waller, Texas, was called home to be with the Lord on August 26, 2021, after a courageous battle with bladder cancer. Judith was born on November 7, 1939.

Loyd Dean McWhorter of Cat Spring, Texas passed away Sunday, August 1, 2021, at the age of 73. After a yearlong battle with pulmonary fibrosis, Dead died peacefully in Houston, with his sons Shawn Mullins, Jason McWhorter and fiancé Patsy Ford, by his side.

Frank Michael Lemanski, 73, of Sealy, Texas passed away on July 14, 2021, at his home. He was born March 18, 1948, in Detroit, Michigan.

Richard Dean Goebel, 59, of Sealy, Texas, passed away on Saturday, July 31, 2021. He was born on March 19, 1962, in Bellville, Texas, son of Vernon Dean Goebel and Martha Skrivanek Goebel.

Joyce Drake, 74, of Sealy, Texas, passed from this life Thursday, August 5, 2021, at her home. She was born February 23, 1947, in Pasadena, Texas, the daughter of Billy Roberts and Louie Evelyn Brown Yeats.
