Lady Tigers continue their winning ways

The Sealy Lady Tigers softball team picked up another win after they defeated East Bernard last Friday. The Lady Tigers picked up the 5-3 victory to extend their winning streak to 14 games and improve to a 19-1 record.
Cougarettes snap four-game losing streak

The Brazos Cougarettes softball team picked up their ninth win of the season and snapped a four-game losing streak. They defeated Sommerville in a very close game that saw the Cougarettes defense shine brightly as they won the game 2-0.
Sealy Offensive lineman named to Fan Vote All-Texas Team

The Sealy Tigers football team had a strong season in 2025 that ended a little too early. But the good news is one of their players is still being recognized for his efforts this season. Case Lyons was an offensive lineman for the Tigers this season and was a big reason why they were so successful in the run and pass attack. He opened plenty of lanes for his running backs to run through and made sure that quarterback Kane Killough had a clean pocket to operate in. Fans noticed his hard work in the trenches this season and he earned a spot on the 4A Fan Vote All-Texas Team.

Austin County Cruisers welcomed over three hundred registered cars for its 22nd annual Austin County Classic Car Stampede, Saturday, March 14, in downtown Bellville. The show treasures vehicles produced in 1985 and older and handed awards for the top twenty entries.
