AUSTIN – Acting Governor Dan Patrick today announced that the Texas Health and Human Services Commission received federal approval allowing recipients of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) to apply for replacement benefits for food lost or destroyed from Hurricane Beryl.
