JOHN JOSEPH ARNOLD JR.

20, 2024 John Joseph Arnold Jr. was born on Jan. 10, 1938. He passed away on Dec. 20, 2024, at the age of 86.

John grew up in Houston. He was an airplane mechanic in the Air Force in his younger years, based at Ellington AFB. He then worked as a machinist for forty plus years. John enjoyed hunting and fishing and going on drives to look at wildlife. He provided for and supported his family with fierce loyalty and dedication. After retirement he enjoyed family gatherings with his wife, Dana, and their children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. When there were no children in the yard at their house, there were always birds. Often there were hummingbirds and ducks, which he loved feeding. All who know him will remember John as one of a kind and 100% himself.

John was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Dana Elizabeth Arnold and his parents, John Joseph Arnold and Lois Milby Arnold. He is survived by his three children, John Howard Arnold and wife Tisha, Kelley Arnold Wiggins and husband Dwayne, Dan David Arnold and wife Shelly as well as eleven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held Knesek Bros. Funeral Chapel 768 4th Street, Sealy, on Friday, Dec. 27, at 11 a.m.
