Two Austin County FFA chapters have already started projects aimed at helping families in the Hill Country region that have been devastated by flooding. 

Brazos FFA and Sealy FFA are both holding gift card drives that will be sent directly to affected families in the region.  

Brazos FFA is collecting gift cards to send directly to affected families. Suggested card types include: 

• Walmart 

• H-E-B 

• Lowe’s 

• Home Depot 

• Visa/Mastercard (Generic) 

Sealy FFA is collecting gift cards from: 

• Visa/Mastercard 

• Walmart 

• HEB 

Brazos is asking that donations include the amount on the card to assist with sorting and distribution. 

These donations will go toward essentials like food, clothing, bedding, and home goods—helping families begin to rebuild after unimaginable loss. 

Donations accepted through July 17

Sealy FFA donations can be dropped off at the Sealy High School Ag Barn through July 7 between 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
