Benedict A. “Ben” Stastny passed away peacefully on Monday, Oct. 7, 2024, in Houston, Texas. He was born on March 27, 1950, in Sealy, Texas to Ludvik (L.A) and Clara Stastny. Ben is preceded in death by his loving wife of 47 years Marie, parents Ludvik and Clara Stastny and in-laws Leonard and Mae Kaminski. He is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Courtney and Jason Williamson, son and daughter-in-law Cole and Katie Stastny, sister Lois Duncan, brothers Larry Stastny and Jim Stastny and wife Debbie, grandchildren Kendalyn Williamson, Brayden, Corbin, and Mason Stastny; and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.

A memorial funeral mass for Ben and Marie Stastny will be held on Saturday, Nov. 23 at 1 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Sealy.
