The Austin County Grand Jury returned indictments against nine people in the December 15 session. Those indicted include:

Jason Wayne Clark, possession of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 1/1B >=4g<200g and unlawful possession of firearm by felon.

Marvin Charles Collins, burglary of a building.

Roberto Gamboa, evading arrest or detention with vehicle.

Kermit James Garner Jr., possession of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 2 <1g.

Zachary Martin Hoffman, possession of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 1/1B >=4g<200g.

Charles Ray Josey, possession of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 1/1B <1g.

Kori Thomas, possession of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 1/1B >=200g<400g.

Cedrick Tiney, unlawful possession of firearm by felon. Quincy M. Williams, unlawful possession of firearm by felon.
