Wesley Nelson “Pat” Moore, 94, passed away on Tuesday, January 4, 2022, at his home in Sealy, Texas.

Wesley was born December 12, 1927, in Humble, Texas, to Wesley Nelson Moore and Susie (Shelton) Moore. He served three years in the United States Air Force as a gun instructor. He became interested in flying during his teenage years and went on to become a crop duster pilot, in which he flew for 25 years. He also was involved in the agricultural aviation industry, owning Katy Ag Planes for 17 years. As of 2021, he was a delivery specialist with O’Reilly Auto Parts for 20 years. The family would like to extend gratitude to O’Reilly Auto Parts of Sealy for their many years of support for Pat. His last greatest accomplishment was graduating from Alvin High School in May of 2021, alongside his great-granddaughter.

He is survived by his son: Gary L. Moore and wife, Jody, of Alvin; two grandchildren: Cary Moore and Trisha Bly; three great-grandchildren: Payton Moore, Bryssa Bly, and Broclyn Bly; long-time friend: Sami Moore; and numerous relatives and friends.

Wesley was preceded in death by his father: Wesley Moore; mother: Susie (Shelton) Moore; brothers: Wayne Moore and Bobby Moore; sister: Betty Joyce Moore; and son: Cary “Birdie” Moore.
