The Austin County Grand Jury returned indictments against 7 people in the Dec. 16 session. Those indicted include:

Jamichael Adams, evading arrest/detention with vehicle.

Emmanuel Garcia, evading arrest/detention with vehicle.

Brock Lindberg, theft of property.

Michael Nafegar, manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance.

Spencer Scott, assault on a family/house member with a previous conviction.

Russell Smidovec, possession of a controlled substance.

Jeffrey Wagner, evading arrest/detention with vehicle.
