The Austin County Fair Association congratulates Bellville High School graduate, Hunter Schumann, for winning one of the 2021 Texas Association of Fairs and Events scholarships.

The Texas Association of Fairs and Events is an organization comprised of fairs and events throughout the state of Texas and their partner businesses that provide goods and services to them. Each year at the annual TAF&E convention, members gather to provide leadership, create agricultural and educational opportunities, and develop strategies and techniques that enhance and advance the industry.

The Austin County Fair is an active member of TAF&E. As such, our Scholarship Committee selects one scholarship applicant to submit to the TAF&E scholarship program. Hunter was selected as one of 10 scholarship recipients from around the state. The Austin County Fair Association wishes him great success in his future.
