Richard Ramon Reyes walked through the pearly gates of heaven into the arms of his Heavenly Father on February 27th, 2021. He was born on January 2nd, 1929 in San Antonio, TX.

Funeral services for Richard Ramon Reyes, 92, of Sealy will be held on Thursday, March 4, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Church of Living Waters, 4808 Airport Avenue in Rosenberg with interment following at Hartsville Cemetery, 10673 Hwy 36 S. in Wallis, Texas. Due to current guidelines the funeral services and visitation only open to family and relatives. Live Stream Services (TBD).

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 4, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. until service begins at Church of Living Waters in Rosenberg.

Dad was the ultimate example of compassion and would give you the shirt off his back without hesitation. He was the father of 13 children and a wonderful Dad. He enjoyed his cokes, pan dulce and watching boxing. Dad enjoyed working in the yard late into the evening and he loved listening to praise and worship music.

He worked most of his career at WKM-COOPER Valves in Missouri, TX and also served as a Spanish Pastor for a number of years in Wallis, TX.

“Dad you’re missed and wish you were still here with us, but Heaven is your new home in the glorious light of Jesus. Tell mom and Estella hi for us and soon we will all be together one day. Love you Dad.”

He is preceded in death by his lovely wife, Rachel Reyes, beautiful daughter, Estella Zepeda, father, Juan Reyes and mother, Elpidia Ramon and brother, David Reyes.

He is survived by his brother, Lupe Reyes, his children, sons, Richard Reyes Jr., David Reyes and wife Rosa, Joe Reyes, George Reyes and wife Julie, Ben Reyes and wife Audrey, Roger Reyes and wife Tracy, Sammy Reyes and wife Rosie and Billy Reyes and wife Lucy; daughters, Sylvia Pattillo and husband Carlos, Debbie Miranda and husband Benito, Delia Hill and husband Wash, Belia Martinez and husband Rudy. He was also a proud grandfather to many, many grandchildren.
