Funeral services for Willie Mae Dzierzanowski, 95, of Sealy were held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2016 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Sealy with Rev. Eric Pitre celebrating the funeral mass and rite of committal. Pallbearers for the service were Ralph Fisher, Keith Dzierzanowski, Roger Dees, Troy Ashorn, Todd Ashorn and Mark Emshoff.
The former Miss Willie Mae Machala was born to parents Alois and Anna Pavlicek Machala in Mixville. She was raised in the Mixville community and attended school at the Immaculate Conception Catholic School in Sealy. On June 26, 1939, she married Anton Dzierzanowski at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Sealy where she was a member of the Altar Society. Mrs. Dzierzanowski was a homemaker and also a member of the Sealy K.J.Z.T. Society. She died Saturday, Nov. 12, 2016 in Sealy.
Survivors include: her daughter, Patricia Ann Ashorn and husband Terry of Sealy; son, James Dzierzanowski and wife Luwayne of Cat Spring; grandchildren, Keith Dzierzanowski and wife Holly, Todd Ashorn and wife Angela, Troy Ashorn and wife Cristina, Tracy Dees and husband Roger and Tiffany Emshoff and husband Mark; great-grandchildren, Amylyn Fritz, Garrett Dzierzanowski, Draven Ashorn Hejl, Brayden, Patricia and Trace Ashorn, Lane Emshoff, Cullen and Peyton Dees, Alexa, Griffin and Hope Dzierzanowski; great-great-grandchild, Quade Fritz; step great-grandchildren, Allie and Alex Rosenbaum.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Alois and Anna Machala, husband, Anton Dzierzanowski, sisters, Annie Brandt, Emily Prokop and Frances Surovcak, brothers, Charles, Frank and Henry Machala.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Sealy, or to Colonial Belle Nursing Home in Sealy.
Funeral services were held under the direction of Knesek Funeral Home in Sealy.
