Sealy Society No. 80 held its annual Member Appreciation Day on Sept. 17, at the Hill Center in Sealy. Members enjoyed playing card games, dominoes and some games where prizes were awarded. There was also a silent auction with many nice items on which to bid.
Monetary donations were made to the Priests and Religious Fund and to Immaculate Conception Church for use of the ICC Center for meetings. Raffle tickets were handed out to those in attendance and the remainder will be mailed the third week of October. A catered meal was served at 5 p.m. and door prizes were handed out.
The altar flowers and the 9 a.m. Mass at Immaculate Conception Church were for living and deceased members of Society No. 80. The society wishes to thank those who donated items for the raffle and the silent auction.
