Jeff Virnau appointed to national board


GRAPEVINE, Texas – Kubota Tractor Corporation announced the newest members of its National Dealer Advisory Board, including Jeff Virnau of Virnau Sealy Tractor. Virnau was elected to the Kubota Dealer Advisory Board by his peers in his respective regional division to serve for a two-year term.

Virnau Sealy Tractor is based in Sealy and has been a Kubota dealer for 39 years, serving the local community. His position on the National Dealer Advisory Board will bring local needs and ideas to the corporate level, directly influencing and enhancing product development, parts, and service. He is hoping to help streamline the communication process between Kubota and its dealers.

“It’s exciting to see Kubota’s growth, especially with the addition of the hay line and the 5 x 6 baler,” Virnau said. Now we need to continue to work together and support our growing product line.”

Kubota’s senior leadership team works closely with its board to maintain a direct line of communication with its 1,100-strong dealer network to gain a thorough understanding of dealers’ and customers’ needs across the country.

“Kubota’s National Dealer Advisory Board remains one of the company’s most vital communication channels,” said Ray Villarreal, Kubota director of dealer development. “Two years ago, we introduced a new 14-member structure to represent the company better geographically and to more directly serve the specialized industries for each line of Kubota equipment. Each member of the board is a vital link to their region and customer base, and we value their input in our management process.”

The board consists of elected dealer representatives from all nine of the company’s geographic districts, including presidents from the company’s equipment division advisory boards. The boards cover four core market segments: agriculture equipment, construction equipment, utility vehicle/ turf equipment and product support.
