Clayton Wayne Schavrda, our cherished friend, a loveable country boy, an accomplished businessman, and a man with a heart as big as Texas itself, transitioned from this life into heaven on Friday, June 10, 2022.

Dana Lynn Filip Brzozowski, 46, was called home on July 8, 2022, in Wallis, Texas. Dana was born to the parents of Robert Worth (Bobby) and Irene Louise Schroeder Filip on August 10, 1975, in Bellville, Texas. She was baptized and confirmed at St. John Lutheran Church in Wallis. She attended Brazos schools, graduating in 1993. Dana was employed by Dr. Gary and CJ Aber at Simonton Veterinary Clinic for 25 years who became her extended family.

H.E. (Bubba) Krampitz passed away peacefully at his home on July 3, 2022.

Sylvia Rossler Giammalva, born December 7, 1937, passed away peacefully Saturday, July 16, 2022. She is preceded in death by her parents Florence Rossler and Louis Rossler, and brother Louis “Honkey” Rossler, Jr. She is survived by her husband of 60 years Saverio Vincent Giammalva; daughters Jana Giammalva, Risse Knight (Kevin), and Victoria Minton (Jarrett); grandchildren Mary Alex Knight Mizell (Carter), Meredith Knight, Melanie Knight, David Minton, Thomas Minton, and Elizabeth Minton; great-grandson Reeves Mizell; and childhood friend Wanda Schaffner; along with many nieces and nephews.

James Douglas Teague of Sealy, Texas, lost his three-year battle with cancer on July 18, 2022. He was 65 years old.

Georgia Ann Marsalia was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She passed away on June 26, 2022. Georgia was born on July 25, 1950, to Rudolph Jochec and Sophie Hanzelka Jochec in East Bernard, Texas. She graduated from El Campo High School in 1968. Later, she met and married Floyd Sam Marsalia.

Bernard Frank Marek, Jr., son of Bernard & Annie Laurie Marek, was born July 24, 1945, in Oceanside, California. His parents moved to Wallis, Texas when he was 2 weeks old. He passed away on July 11, 2022, at the age of 76.

Bradley Kent Whitzel passed away on Saturday, June 25, 2022, in Matagorda, Texas. Brad was born in Ponca City, Oklahoma on September 16,1960.

Syble Laverne Clayton - McGrath, age 74, was called to heaven on June 25, 2022, in Katy, Texas. Syble was born on July 5, 1947, to Stella and Jesse McRae in Leona, Texas.
